I have a question regarding zone valves used on a 40 year old sears gas water boiler.?
I have a question regarding zone valves used on a 40 year old sears gas water boiler. It has 2 hydronic zone valves, part number 1361-104 (white rodgers). Normally they only last for about 5-7 years before the botom starts to rust a little, and they start to leak. Are there higher quality zone valves that could replace the ones that I am currently using?

Here's All You Ever Need To Understand About Working Out And The Fat Burning Zone
Have you ever seen someone with a heart rate monitor? You know a thing on their wrist that tells them how fast their heart is beating? You can see them at the gym on most occasions or jogging on the roads. I read about them for the first time in my first ab rocket review. Some people may think its silly and may not have any idea why anyone would be so worried over their health that they felt the need to monitor their own heart rate. But let me explain.
Our heart rates are the key for burning calories and fat. As you are working out, your body uses up all kinds of energy to keep your muscles going, and you also need more oxygen, which is the reason why you breathe harder. This is also when you get into your fat burning zone. Every person has their own fat burning zone, which is when their heart rate is at the perfect speed for them to burn the most calories. When you are trying to keep burning fat at that rate, you have to stay in that zone for as long as possible. You simply will not burn as many calories if your heart rate is lower or even higher.
So, what is the fat burning zone? The truth is, I cant tell you. This is a measurement that is generally made either by your doctor, or at your gym. Some machines will even automatically calculate this for you based on your height and your weight, which you can enter in before using a machine.
The most effective machines to get started with for some simple cardio in the fat burning zone are the Treadmill, the Cross-trainer, and the Bike. Each will allow you to get into the fat burning zone, and maintain a steady pace, whilst working different parts of your body. If you haven't been working out, or are not used to exercising at all, I would advise a healthy way to get started would be to warm up for 5 minutes just below your fat burning zone heart rate, then proceed to workout within your fat burning zone for 15 to 20 minutes. Dont forget to work down as well, about 5 minutes should suffice.
This comes with a warning from me: drink your water. A cardio work out will tax your muscles beyond anything they are used to, and it is extremely important that they have enough fluid to keep them working properly. You may be able to take a walk down the street or through the park without needing water, but this is different, and you will definitely need to drink more.
In combination with a simple muscle workout a few times a week, I am sure that you will see some benefit from doing cardio workouts within your fat burning zone. As always, before committing to any kind of fitness regime, always consult with your doctor, and dont rely on your common ab rocket review to tell you the real facts.
