How can I keep from wiping out so early in workouts?
I'm seriously trying to gain muscle and grow stronger, because--I'm not going to lie...I'm pretty weak...my maximum bench press is only 150 lbs (on a good day).
My biggest challege is feeling completely drained after about 45 minutes or so, sometimes even a half an hour. I always lift as heavy as I can because I think lifting light is a waste of time in terms of growing bigger and stronger. I'll even try to push myself to keep pumping and pressing until the pain and fatigue is just too much.

Answer:
I'd start with your own body weight then after a month or so get into weights last year i was benching 100 as my max and curling around 50ish. This year Ive gone almost fully into weights 2 days of lifting and a rest day+ a 20 min jog every other day. I weigh about 120(same as last year) and this year I bench 185, curl 95, hang clean 165(which was barely 100 last year). CARDIO IS IMPORTANT and so is toning your body so do more reps and start jogging regularly, maybe get into soccer? I used to go for an entire game without a break, unless you count half times.
Another thing you can do is prepare the day before, carbs-spaghetti/potatoes and right before drink a protein shake? plenty of water and small breaks
